Washington: US President Donald Trump appeared hesitant about sending Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, saying America needed them too. His remarks came during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House on Friday.
Trump expressed concern that continued US military aid to Kyiv could weaken America’s own defences. “That’s a problem, though. We need Tomahawks, and we need a lot of other things that we’ve been sending over the last four years to Ukraine,” he said.
