2RAHWAY, N.J. – A luminous, larger-than-life moon has taken center stage in Rahway this month as the city celebrates its annual Festival of the Moon, running through October 20 at the Union County Performing Arts Center.

The event, also known as the Rahway Moon Fest, showcases artist Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon installation — a glowing, detailed replica of Earth’s satellite suspended inside the historic venue.

Visitors are invited to explore a packed lineup of performances, family activities, and cultural events beneath the installation’s soft lunar glow.
