ELBA — Code enforcement officers for the towns of Elba and Oakfield stand to earn up to $22,500 apiece for their work as independent contractors during the construction of the $950 million, 500-megawatt Cider Solar Project.
The Daily News has received a draft copy of a Compliance Monitor and Town Representative Escrow Agreement between the two towns and Hecate Energy Cider Solar LLC in connection with the utility-scale photovoltaic solar venture, which is the largest yet under the umbrella of the New York State Office of Renewable Energy Siting.
