Ayodhya: The world’s first Ramayana-themed wax museum will be inaugurated in Ayodhya by Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday, on the occasion of the ninth Deepotsav celebrations. The museum promises to be a big attraction for tourists.
Spread across 9,850 square feet, the museum is a blend of faith, art, and tourism, officials said. Built at a cost of Rs 6 crore, it is located on the Chaudah Kosi Parikrama route. It promises to transport visitors straight into Treta Yuga, the era in which the Ramayana is set. ADVERTISEMENT
The museum offers a one-of-a-kind experience that combines mythology, technology, and artistry. Only 100 visitors will be allowed at a time and the entry fee is Rs 100 per person.
