Coconino County Treasurer Sarah Benatar announced Tuesday her candidacy for 2nd Vice President of the National Association of Counties (NACo).
NACo, which represents counties across the United States and provides legislative and public affairs assistance, has its headquarters in Washington, D.C. If Benatar were to be elected, she would be the first Latina and first treasurer to serve in the role. Copy article link
