Ange Postecoglou has been sacked by Nottingham Forest to mark the shortest managerial reign in Premier League history.
The former Tottenham manager's 39-day spell in charge at the City Ground came to an end immediately after the club's 3-0 defeat to Chelsea.
Owner Evangelos Marinakis stormed out of the match and gave Postecoglou his marching orders minutes after the full-time whistle.
A statement read: "Nottingham Forest Football Club can confirm that after a series of disappointing results and performances, Ange Postecoglou has been relieved of his duties as head coach with immediate effect.
"The Club will make no further comment at this time."
