CLEVELAND, Ohio — There are several issues on the Nov. 4 ballot in Cuyahoga County, but only a handful of cities and school districts are approaching voters with hopes of securing additional funding.
Parma City Schools is making a third attempt to pass a levy for operating expenses, while Highland Heights is hoping to get additional money for police, fire and EMS services.
Early voting has begun in the election , which includes Cleveland and suburban mayors, city councils, judges, school boards and issues, from charter changes to tax increases.
