SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Booker T. Washington High School is hosting its parade and car show to celebrate 75 years of excellence.

On Oct. 18, events start with a homecoming parade at 3 p.m.

Following the parade is Booker T. Washington’s Chrome & Class: Lion’s Pride Car Show from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.

During the car show a cooking competition will also be held in the school’s practice field, 2104 Milam Street.

Music will be provided by 3 Feet and Hoolibaby Neeno.
