Edinburgh Zoo has welcomed two new camels to their new home.
The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland's (RZSS) Edinburgh Zoo announced the arrival of two Bactrian camels, named Quill and Quaver. The pair are now settling into their new home at the top of Corstorphine Hill.
The Record reports that their personalities are already starting to shine, and visitors can watch the brothers exploring their new home, where they love to energetically trot around. Images show the brown furry creatures relaxing in their new grassy exhibit.
It comes as a rare new resident also arrived at Edinburgh Zoo, last month.
Cipísek, a two-year-old sloth bear from Zlin Zoo in the Czech Republic, arrived in September and is now the only one of his kind in Scotland.
