COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) - complement

The River City Lancers made their debut at the brand-new facility back in 2002.

It was the biggest crowd ever for a Lancers game at that point, with 6,500 fans.

The team eventually moved back to the Nebraska side of the river, but the MAC continues to host all kinds of activities, serving as a complement, not competition, for Omaha’s facilities.
