Portland police have used confidential informants embedded within the protest crowd at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in South Portland to help build several criminal cases, court records reveal.
Of the 50 arrests made by Portland Police Bureau officers, at least eight cases reference the “confidential reliable sources,” records show.
