Mancherial: A 60-year-old farmer was allegedly killed by his son, who bludgeoned his father to death with a wooden pestle for refusing to give him money to buy liquor at Sevadasnagar in Jannaram mandal headquarters on Saturday.
Police said the victim, Jadav Shankar Naik, was murdered by his son Noorsingh following a family dispute at their residence. When Shankar refused to give him money for liquor, Noorsingh reportedly attacked him with the pestle, smashing his head. Neighbours, who noticed Shankar lying in a pool of blood, alerted his daughter
