CLEVELAND — Two men were killed and two others wounded in a shooting early Saturday morning at a gas station on the city’s east side, according to Cleveland police.

Officers responded to multiple reports around 1:15 a.m. near the Sunoco station at 7025 Fleet Ave., where they found four men suffering from gunshot wounds. A 37-year-old man and a 46-year-old man were pronounced dead at the scene. A 31-year-old man and a 34-year-old man were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Investigators believe the shooting followed an altercation involving several individuals at the location. Detectives recovered two firearms and are reviewing evidence to determine what led to the violence.
