TikToker Steve Bridges has passed away at age 41.
His wife, Chelsey Bridges, shared the news on his Instagram page on Friday, Oct. 17.
“A light gone too soon. I love you Steve,” she captioned her video , in which she revealed that the Illinois comedian died “peacefully in his sleep” on Wednesday, Oct. 15.
“I’m really sorry to get on and tell you this, this way,” Chelsey said in her announcement, beginning to cry. “I think if I wait any longer, I’m not going to be able to do it.”
Chelsey highlighted her husband’s comedic abilities, telling fans that “Who you saw online was just the characters that he created. He was so talented because he was the opposite of all of them.”
Steve was best known for his POV videos in which he portrayed characters like “baby daddies,” “school janitors,
