NORWALK, Calif. (KABC) -- Two people were injured in a shooting outside a bar in Norwalk, and the person responsible for opening fire is being sought.

The incident happened around 11 p.m. Friday on Along Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Deputies found one victim on the ground outside a nearby liquor store. The second victim drove themselves to the hospital.

The gunfire shattered the glass door of the bar and also hit the pool table, narrowly missing people sitting next to it.

When people inside the bar heard the gunshots, they ran outside and then rushed to help the victim.
