Thousands of people took to the streets of downtown Santa Fe Saturday morning as part of the nationwide "No Kings" protest against President Donald Trump.

Protesters marched from the federal courthouse downtown to the Roundhouse as part of the demonstration, which coincided with protests in cities across New Mexico and the country.

A similar protest was held in June on Flag Day, drawing several million people across the country.

Organizers of the Santa Fe event include the American Civil Liberties Union, the League of Conservation Voters, Indivisible, 50501, the Human Rights Campaign and several labor unions.
