BATTLE CREEK, MI — A large crowd gathered along Beckley Road near Lakeview Square Mall Saturday, Oct. 18 to participate in the No Kings rally in Battle Creek. “We’re here for a reason — to protest what our government is doing. That’s not what the American people want, they don’t want people dragged off the street by ICE," said Battle Creek resident Mitch Worthington. “They’re out there taking people and invading homes, Chicago was an example, but that was wrong. That’s not what we do in America.”

Saturday's protest was the second this year of the nationwide anti-President Donald Trump protest.
