It appears the unbeaten Harrisburg Cougars football team is receiving some reinforcements in Week 9.

Star running back Messiah Mickens, a 4-star recruit originally and Penn State commit for now , is in uniform warming up ahead of Harrisburg’s Week 9 homecoming contest against Central Dauphin on Saturday at Severance Field.
