Ann Arbor — Michigan’s defense, a liability a week ago in a loss at USC , gave the Wolverines a second-half boost to help keep alive their playoff hopes.
The Wolverines got back to business, as Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore implored earlier this week, and worked on technique and fundamentals that all paid off as they defeated Washington, 24-7, on Saturday at Michigan Stadium.
