DULUTH — Protesters gathered in Duluth’s Civic Center in the latest demonstration against the Trump administration.

Saturday morning’s “No Kings” rally in Duluth was one of more than 2,500 rallies scheduled nationwide Saturday, with more than a dozen planned in the Northland, including in Cloquet, Two Harbors, Grand Marais, Ely, Cook, Virginia, Hibbing, Grand Rapids, International Falls, Superior, Brule, Bayfield, Washburn and Ashland.

Alison Shulstad, co-leader of Duluth 50501, one of the groups organizing Saturday’s rally, said, “It's vital to uphold the Constitution at a time when the Trump regime is attacking it.
