RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities have made an arrest in connection with two carjackings and a death that happened on Saturday afternoon.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department said that around 12:30 p.m., deputies responded to Piney Grove and Piney Woods roads in connection with two carjackings and a crash. Deputies found the suspect, 44-year-old Zee Zelazurro, in one of the wrecked vehicles and another man dead. They also found another adult and a juvenile who were taken to an area hospital for treatment. Authorities didn't have an update on their conditions.
