CHICOPEE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - On Saturday morning, a driver lost control of their vehicle while leaving a car wash on Montgomery Street in Chicopee.

The runaway car also struck a parked car as it continued to eventually crash into a gas pump, causing the fire suppression system to activate.

Western Mass News reached out to the Chicopee Police Department who said there were only minor injuries as a result of the accident.
