CHICAGO (WLS) -- Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles is a regular in Chicago now. She is often seen supporting her husband, Jonathan Owens, who plays for the Chicago Bears.
On Saturday, she helped children in Chicago build confidence.

The record-breaking gymnast made a special stop in the city for some very special individuals.
"It was fun because I got to ask her a couple questions, and I got to take pictures and get her autograph," Friends of the Children student Valentine Wallace said.
Biles is an ambassador for Friends of the Children, a national nonprofit working to pair thousands of children facing difficult circumstances like foster care or intergenerational poverty with mentors.
