It's a fairly safe bet that you won't find too many Nottingham Forest fans mention Ange Postecoglou in the same breath as legendary coach Brian Clough.

Granted, both men have managed the club in European competition — two of the only men to have done so in the club's entire history.

But where the late Clough led Forest in 994 games through the club's golden era, winning back-to-back European Cups in 1978-79 and 1979-80, as well as claiming the 1977-78 First Division title, Postecolgou's experience in the East Midlands lasted just eight winless games .

There is no doubt that Postecoglou was on a hiding to nothing.
