More than a dozen people accused of drug-related charges were arrested Friday at the Abbey Food & Bar in West Hollywood, according to law enforcement.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department executed an undercover operation in response to community members’ complaints about pickpocketing, drug sales and criminal activity at the famed bar, it said. Thirteen people, included staff and patrons, were arrested as a result.

“That is unfortunate, we do have a lot of issues and drugs in West Hollywood,” said Ian Park, a community member. “I, myself, am in recovery, and I don’t think it’s ever going away, but it’s nice to have some awareness about the issues and drugs here.”
LASD said it’s conducted similar operations i
