( 25News Now ) - On Homecoming Weekend for Illinois State, the #9 ranked Redbirds fell behind 12-0, scored twenty-one unanswered to take the 21-12 lead just after half, but ultimately fell 40-35 to #25 Youngstown State.

Tommy Rittenhouse threw five passing TDs for over 200 passing yards, plus 71 yards on the ground. The Redbirds will travel next Saturday to take on the South Dakota Coyotes.
