Dhanashree Verma made quite a lot of headlines during her time on the Rise and Fall show, and she was accused of using her personal life to grab eyeballs. Now, as the show has concluded and Arjun Bijlani has lifted the trophy, he has shared his thoughts on Dhanashree, Arbaaz Patel’s ‘hug’ comment, and more.

In conversation with HT, Arjun was asked about the instances when he lent moral support to the dancer-choreographer. He replied, “She was crying and sharing some things about her past life. I was listening and voiced my opinion calmly because it was just a normal conversation," and added, “I didn’t do anything for the game. For me, it was a moment of empathy. She spoke about her personal life out in the open — I would have never done that."
