A violent clash broke out among the catering staff of the Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express at Delhi’s Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station in the early hours of Thursday, triggering panic among passengers and prompting swift action by railway authorities.

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has suspended the staff involved in the incident. IRCTC also imposed a hefty fine of ₹5 lakh on the service provider after a video of the incident went viral on social media.
