A pub near Coventry has won a Tripadvisor Travellers' Award 2025, placing them in the top 10 percent worldwide. The Royal Oak, located on Station Road in Brandon won the accolade earlier this month.

The Royal Oak, owned by Khara Schrijvers, is a family-run pub that serves home-cooked meals with locally sourced produce, offering a 'warm and friendly welcome', bosses say. The pub serves a British menu and has wooden ceiling beams, an open fire and a beer garden.

Customers can enjoy a range of British classics with a 'twist' including Warwickshire faggots, sausage and mash, fish and chips, ratatouille pasta, gammon steak, and more. Desserts on offer include sticky toffee pudding, classic sherry trifle and chocolate brownie sundae.
