Water service has been restored to a portion of Dravosburg following an outage and an early-morning water main break.

The break happened along Route 837 near the Jordan Banana Foodservice Distributing company, McKeesport's police chief told KDKA-TV.

The business's owner told KDKA-TV that they experienced "brown water" inside the business and reported it to Pennsylvania American Water at the end of last week, around Thursday or Friday.

"It happens every time it rains pretty heavy," said Dravosburg resident Cory Harding.

Whether rainy weather caused this or not, residents with no water faced a morning without a bare necessity.

"(it's) very frustrating. Especially whenever you have to flush a toilet, brush your teeth, clean dishes, or do laundry. We just can't," Harding added.
