Barcelona are expected to be in the market for a new striker in 2026.

The Catalan giants are reportedly preparing for life after Robert Lewandowski with the Poland international out of contract at the end of the 2025/26 campaign.

Barcelona have an option to extend Lewandowski's deal for another 12 months, but based on his injury issues over the summer, the club are not keen on a retention at this stage.
