Myer has overhauled its loyalty program, touting the changes as the biggest expansion of the rewards scheme in more than 20 years.

The department store has brought on new retail partners and unveiled new perks in a bid to retain and attract customers as competitors bolster their offerings.

The Myer One loyalty program currently has 4.7 million active members after more than 825,000 people joined the program in the last financial year.

More than 50 per cent of new members are under the age of 35.

From November, loyalty program members will be able to earn at least one point from every dollar spent at Dan Murphy's, Door Dash, Pet Barn, MyCar and Lvly by linking their Visa or Mastercard on the Myer Pne app.
