Indianapolis – Jerimiah Maggart of Penn High School has been named the Colts Flag Football Coach of the Week , the Indianapolis Colts announced today.

Maggart earned this recognition after being nominated by his fellow coaches and athletic directors from the Indiana High School Girls Flag Football League . The Kingsmen improved to 7-0 on the season with a 45-0 win over previously undefeated New Prairie (7-1). The black and gold recorded four shutouts and gave up only 24 points on the entire season.

The following coaches also were recognized as honorable mentions for Week 7:

Region 1: Dante Dinkins – East Chicago Central

Region 3: Aaliyah Lockridge – FW Northrop

Region 4: Lucas Utterback – Terre Haute South

Region 5: Donny Mimms – Lawrence North

Region 6: Jeff Richards
