Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale will star in a one-night only benefit reading of Moonstruck .

The real-life married couple will play Loretta Castorini and Ronny Cammareri, played in the film by Cher and Nicholas Cage, with a cast including Patti LuPone , Stevie Van Zandt, Steve Buscemi , John Turturro , Stephen DeRosa, Dez Duron and Mary Lou Rosato. Peter Sagal, the host of radio show Wait, Wait Don’t Tell Me , will host and read stage directions.

The benefit will take place Nov. 10 at 8 p.m. at the Music Box Theatre with proceeds going to New York Stage and Film. Tony Award winner Doug Hughes will direct.
