BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Big pumpkins, little pumpkins, orange pumpkins … and more orange pumpkins.
The Pumpkin Patch in Brooklyn Bridge Park was a hit at Saturday’s 15th annual Harvest Festival. The event included pumpkin “picking” and decorating, plus live music by bands Rolie Polie Guacamole and JAW, arts and crafts, yoga-style moves and archery, environmental stations where kids learned about bees and also birds, storytelling, lawn games and more.
There were plenty of fall-themed photo opportunities (think hay bales), and no end of adorable children. Sponsor In The Raw gave out free coffee and sweetener.
