There will be a lot of eyes locked in on the television screen tonight as the Toronto Blue Jays make a do-or-die push to make it to the World Series.

The Jays forced the Seattle Mariners to game 7 after a 6-2 victory at the Rogers Centre Sunday night.

The Blue Jays have not made it to the World Series since 1993 – which they went on to win.

Stu Jeffries, the morning host at Stingray’s Boom 97.3 in Toronto says there is a lot of excitement in the city and across the country.

He says it’s clear the players are feeling the love from coast to coast as players like Vladimir Guerrero Jr. continue to tell the crowds that the team is feeding off the hype.

First pitch tonight is just after 9:30 Newfoundland time. Shane Bieber gets the ball for Toronto while Seattle counters with George Kirby.
