NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are climbing on Wall Street Monday and pulling near their records following last week’s roller-coaster ride .
The S&P 500 rose 1% and got back within 0.4% of its all-time high set earlier this month. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 440 points, or 1%, and the Nasdaq composite was 1.4% higher as of 1:01 p.m. Eastern time.
