At first, I suspected it was something I'd eaten. Had the curry I'd had for dinner woken me in the dead of night in a warm sweat? Surely not.

Investigation revealed it was the temperature. On Sunday night, it dropped from 18 degrees at 9pm to 16.6 at 9.30 to 15.3 at 10.30. Nothing unusual here.
