Winston-Salem apartments Reynolda Manor, Kennedy Manor sold

Two Winston-Salem apartment complexes, Kennedy Manor Townhomes and Reynolda Manor, were purchased by a Charlotte group for a combined $14 million, according to a Forsyth County Register of Deeds filing Monday.
