Fans of Hershey Felder needn’t have worried that his “Rachmaninoff and the Tsar” show earlier this year — billed as the finale in his composer series — would be his last performances in the Bay Area.
TheatreWorks Silicon Valley announced Monday that the pianist-historian-playwright will return to kick off 2026 with a world premiere, “Hershey Felder: The Piano and Me,” featuring music by Wagner, Mendelssohn and others.
The autobiographical show will make its debut Jan. 17 and run through Feb. 8 at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts.
