High School athletes in Ohio can make Name, Image and Likeness deals after a Franklin County judge granted a temporary restraining order for 45 days.

A preliminary injunction hearing is scheduled for December 15.

The TRO was granted after the family of Jamier Brown sued the Ohio High School Athletic Association allowing him to make NIL deals. Brown is a an Ohio State recruit and court documents reveal is missing out on over $100,000 on potential deals.

The OHSAA is expected to release more details to its membership tomorrow on what the ruling potentially means for a vote.
