The Detroit Lions activated defensive tackle Alim McNeill on Monday afternoon, paving the way for him to make his first start since December 2024 in a primetime game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Ford Field.
McNeill has been rehabbing his way back from a torn ACL that ended his 2024 season and returned to practice earlier this month. His status was up in the air entering Detroit's last two games, but there was clear momentum building toward McNeill being active throughout the last week.
