Follow us on Srinagar, Oct 20: A massive fire broke out late Monday night at Narparistan in Fateh Kadal area of Srinagar, damaging several residential houses, officials from the Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) Department said. As per officials, the department received the distress call at 10:59 PM, following which fire tenders from Babdem Fire Station and Fire & Emergency Services Headquarters Command Srinagar were immediately dispatched at 11:00 PM. Eyewitnesses reported that the blaze spread rapidly through the congested locality, involving five to six residential structures.
