Assault: Tracy Longhi, 46, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at HealthAlliance Hospital in Kingston at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, and charged with felony assault. Longhi was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Obstructing governmental administration. Orna Bradshaw, 54, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Broadway at 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, and charged with obstruction of governmental administration, a felony. Bradshaw was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
