Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties celebrated the launch of its new mobile food pantry Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.

The mobile pantry will visit densely populated locations throughout Atlantic City to distribute fresh produce, vegetables, nonperishable products, meats, poultry and protein-rich foods to people in need, expanding the organization’s hunger prevention efforts.

The ceremony took place in the parking lot at the Borgata and featured mobile pantry tours, choice pantry software demonstrations and interactive displays alongside the official ribbon-cutting.
