One of three people arrested after reports of shots fired on Sunday at a rental property in Raleigh appeared in court for the first time.

Joseph Hernandez-Baca, 18, appeared before a judge on Monday. He, Kevin Cabrera-Baca and Edgar Estrada were arrested for firing shots into the ground near the property.

The rental property has seen police at least 11 other times for noise complaints since February. As of Monday, the home is no longer listed on the Airbnb website.

Neighbors told WRAL News they have had concerns about this particular home for months. One neighbor said she has called the city and police at times over noise and late-night disruptions in the neighborhood.
