Bar Cecil opened in 2021, and it has been one of Palm Springs’ hottest restaurants ever since. The spot is eccentric and glamorous, down to every last drop. When crafting the menu, Janulisi knew he wanted to add something special.

Janulisi wanted to elevate the classic martini and turn it into a finely crafted spectacle unique to Bar Cecil. The $50 Martini is concocted with a high-end JCB vodka and pinot noir grapes. It is handmade at the customer’s table
