When does daylight saving time end in 2025?
Daylight saving time switches to standard time at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 2. Most Americans, or their smart gadgets, will push the clock back one hour to 1 a.m. Hawaii and Arizona do not participate in the time change.
Gaining an hour in November gives us more daylight on winter mornings. By "springing forward" and losing an hour in March, it adds more daylight in the evenings.
