Kenny Loggins is the latest in the long, long ( long! ) list of artists who have asked Trump to not use their music. On Saturday night, Trump posted an AI-generated video of himself apparently dumping feces out of a plane onto No Kings protesters . The video was set to Loggins’ “Danger Zone,” a move of which Loggins was not a fan. In a lengthy statement to NPR , Loggins wrote “This is an unauthorized use of my performance of ‘Danger Zone.’ Nobody asked me for my permission, which I would have denied, and I request that my recording on this video is removed immediately.”
