There's no shortage of Council candidates to choose from and a late-developing issue to throw into the mix: the controversy about the face of Police Chief Terri Theetge.

That is an issue that has roiled city government right in the middle of early voting.

Among today's early voters were Bob and Kathy Bennett of Clifton.

They cast ballots as the controversy swirled.
